The programme themes are designed to address the region's most pressing climate and business challenges, reflecting the city's Mission Cities commitments and its participation in EU Smart Cities Movement 2030.

Governance, reporting, finance strategies and transition roadmaps for companies and industries that support regulatory changes, and supply chain decarbonisation.

Event criteria
A shared framework for events that connect people, ideas and action
We welcome diverse events that contribute to a more connected, resilient and climate-ready Cluj.
Inclusivity and diversity
Events should not be discriminatory, they should be designed to welcome broad participation and consider accessibility, affordability and welcome different community needs.
Climate relevant topics
The event should be part of at least one of our programmatic tracks and address a meaningful climate, environmental or sustainability challenge (adaptation or mitigation), contributing to the transition.
Formats and participatory framework
We value diverse formats that encourage dialogue, collaboration and active participation for various target audiences. For more details on formats, please see our FAQs.
Fossil fuel
We do not accept events that are sponsored by or in collaboration with fossil fuel companies.
Dates and location
You should make sure that your events fall within summer of 2027 (Dates TBC) and that the event will be in person, in and around Cluj-Napoca.
